She works hard, takes the detailed view, goes after the key point and most of all - she cares about her work. Yes, she takes it seriously and has done so for the past 15 years. The company gave her a choice of gifts for her 15th anniversary and then they told her that she would be replaced. Bye, Bye now.
First, she'd have to train her replacement. She knows him from the office in another city. Yes, that guy. The one with the sexual harrassment complaint on him. He can't be in the same space (is it 100 feet?) as his assistant. They communicate through email.
How can she train her replacement? He fell asleep when she introduced him to board where she served as first female chair. He can't be trusted with herself or any other woman unless the office door is left open. He has no interest in the current projects.
Really? He's the one that gets to keep his job?
