Who would you want to work with?
It tells a lot about a company that chooses to let one employee go and keeps another. In this case, the one let go had been with the company for over 20 years and had helped to build it up. Sure, she was getting older and forgetful, but no one complained. That is, no one that was affected by her actions complained. The only complaint came from a fellow employee - the one that snooped through her files during lunch. It took that kind of digging to find the corrected problems. One person was let go, the other gained additional work hours.
